Our client wanted a larger second-floor deck to maximize their beautiful oceanfront views, so we matched the footprint of the first-floor deck and elevated the design with premium features. The project included two new four-panel 12’ Andersen sliding doors, 6’ x 6’ picture windows for unobstructed views, all-new railings, fiberglass decking, and low-voltage lighting at each post. We also created a custom outdoor grilling area with a quartz backsplash and installed 1,000 SF of ¾” solid mahogany soffit. This transformation blends craftsmanship and functionality, delivering a space where coastal living and breathtaking views truly come together.
