Full Home Gut, Addition & Raise
This four-bedroom, four-bath beach home started as a complete gut then we raised the entire structure and built an addition to match! Elevating a home on Brigantine’s south end isn’t just about meeting flood requirements it’s really about engineering a house that stays dry and standing for decades, built with McHugh quality. What came out of it was a gorgeous chef kitchen with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances under a custom hood, four fully tiled baths, an outdoor shower for beach days, and covered porches on both floors, all wrapped together in a low-maintenance coastal exterior built to take salt air.
