This cozy beachside cottage needed a little more space for entertaining and hosting grandchildren, so we added a four-season room off the back of the home. The new space features 13’ ceilings, transom windows, a sleek gas fireplace, a new deck, and an outdoor shower. We also updated the existing home with new windows, siding, and roofing, tying the entire project together seamlessly. The result is a warm, inviting retreat that blends comfort, functionality, and timeless coastal charm.
